3. Services offered

Our services include but are not limited to:

SEO audits (technical, content, and authority).
Content strategy, keyword research, and distribution planning.
White-label SEO audits for agencies.
Training, workshops, and consulting sessions.
Ongoing SEO retainers and campaign execution.
Founder branding (strategic positioning, thought leadership content, and distribution).
Analytics setup (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and related tools).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (website testing, funnel optimization, landing page improvements).
Website development (SEO-optimized site builds, redesigns, and performance upgrades).

Service details, scope, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a written proposal, statement of work, or contract.

4. Payment terms

Billing cycle: Payment terms are defined in each proposal or contract. Typically, projects are billed in advance, and retainers are billed monthly.

Late payments: Late or missed payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until all outstanding balances are settled. A late fee may also be applied to overdue invoices, as specified in the client agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:

Provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to relevant accounts or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CMS).
Share accurate information required for audits or campaigns.
Respect agreed timelines for interviews, workshops, or deliverables.

Delays in providing inputs may impact delivery schedules. Authority Juice is not responsible for delays caused by unresponsiveness or incomplete information.

6. Intellectual property

Content, strategies, and deliverables created under a paid engagement become the client’s property once full payment is received.

Authority Juice retains ownership of its internal processes, methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.
Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute our proprietary methodologies without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, technical, or personal information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Authority Juice provides services on a best-effort basis. Outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or conversions depend on external factors (search engine algorithms, market conditions, client execution) outside our control.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as outlined in the contract or proposal.

Termination does not relieve the client of obligations to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.
Authority Juice may suspend or terminate access to services if clients breach these Terms of Use or fail to make timely payments.

10. Website use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only.

You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any website content without our written consent.
Unauthorized use of our site, including attempts to hack or disrupt, may result in legal action.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Updates to terms
