Refund policy

At Authority Juice, we pride ourselves on delivering strategic, high-quality SEO, content, and growth services. Because our work requires significant upfront planning, research, and allocation of resources, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. General policy

All payments made to Authority Juice are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement signed by both parties.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

2. Project-based services

This applies to audits, content strategies, founder branding, CRO projects, analytics setup, and website development.

Upfront payment requirement: Most projects are billed in full before work begins.
Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
If Authority Juice is unable to deliver a project due to unforeseen internal circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

3. Retainer and subscription services

This applies to ongoing SEO retainers, white-label SEO audits, and campaign execution.

Retainers are billed monthly or quarterly in advance.
Refunds are not provided for unused time, paused campaigns, or early termination by the client
No partial refunds will be issued if a client chooses to cancel services mid-month or mid-quarter.
Services may be canceled in line with the notice period defined in the agreement.

4. Training, workshops, and in-person consulting sessions

All bookings for training sessions, workshops, or consulting are final.
Cancellations made less than [5 business days] before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
If a session must be rescheduled by Authority Juice, we will offer an alternative date or a credit, but not a refund.

5. Digital products and resources

From time to time, Authority Juice may offer digital templates, guides, or resources. Purchases of digital products are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

6. Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases where Authority Juice cannot deliver a service due to internal reasons (e.g., unforeseen operational issues), we may issue a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement at our sole discretion.

7. Disputed charges

f you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice at info@authorityjuice.com. We will review the case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
